From this Restaurant Project I learned a lot from Alejandro Barrios. From the creation of the concept “Oasis in the Sky” to the importance of the experience that begins from the moment you park your car to the end of the meal. It´s all in the details…the comfort of the chair you are sitting, the perfect table size to hold hands in a romantic dinner, the lighting, the textures…
